Appl not received at lock box address

Hi All,
I sent the package application for my father (485, 130, EAD etc) to this address
Chicago Lockbox
U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services
P.O. Box 805887
Chicago, IL 60680-4120

This was about a month back. But I have not received anything back. Neither the any check has been cashed.
I am not sure what to do in this case. Any suggestion. Can I call any where to find out.

Sorry to hear this. It is a bit longer than usual. Did you send out your application by certified mail? If so, you can track the delivery status on usps website. I am assuming here that you did not send it by UPS or Fedex cause the address you list here is for USPS only.

I mean you can try to call USCIS but I doubt how much it could help you.
