AP was filed based on pending I485. But was denied by saying that my I485 was denied but actually its in pending status. So filed service motion (without fees). Its been more than 50 days since filing the motion but no response. Since the fees was not paid for the motion, USCIS did not sent receipt.Waiting to get AP. Anyone knows about this kind of situation?
