AP renewal filing on own

I want to file AP renewal on my own. Here is a question -

#1. What you need to fill in Part 3 - 1, 2 & 3. Because there are no dates or time period planned for my trip. Can I leave this blank.

#2. In case of Advance Parole it asks to skip from Part 3 - (4) and go straight to Part 7. Should I leave these parts blanks. Is this correct.

#3. Is the efiling is better or send it by paper with photos and documents.

Part 3 #3 is something you don't want to leave blank, it asks if you're on removal proceedings and you don't want to raise suspicion. As for the other two questions (1&2), I usually make up a date of possible departure even if I have no plans.

Yes, when it states that you can skip over, leave those skipped over parts blank.

I prefer paper filing since you send everything at once. Otherwise, you may have to go to a processing center for photographs, etc, which can be time-consuming depending on where you live.

AP renewal documents

Hi

I am on H1 and have approved EAD.

Do I need to send H1 copy or EAD copy along with other documents for AP renewal?

In the AP Instructions documents, asking a document for supporting current status.
