AP Question

I've a question, how long is AP valid? 1 year i guess... Is it single entry or multiple entry?? I took AP when i went out of country Last May and now can i use this same AP or not. i need to get my passport stamped for Green card but the only problem is i do not have time to do that. i work in PA and I need to go to NEWARK. I know once you stamp it you don't need AP or EAD.

How long does it take to get a plastic conditional green card after approval in NEWARK,NJ??

AP is valid normally for one year unless stated otherwise on the form. You should be able to confirm that yourself from your AP and allows multiple entry.. You should have received 3 copies.

The card can take from 2 weeks to 3-4 months..
