Anyone with WAC-01-269 series or maybe WAC-01-xxx-xxxxx waiting for the approvals??

I am just curious if there is anyone out there waiting for the approvals.

We all are in same boat devark.

Same.. status WAC-01-262-xxxxx and gave FP 6 months ago. It is pathetic not to get approval, not knowing status. And more furstrating is can not take any action or even find the status of it. When travelling in flight, your fate depends on pilot/flight alone. Nothing to do, we just have to tie our belts and sit straight. :confused:

But what may be happenig, any comments :
- INS missed our files/records ?
- Someone sleeping on the cases ?
- It is in somebody's desk and that person never returns from vacation ?
- They placed us in wrong queue ?

Hopefully it is none of above just matter of time !!!
 
WAC-01-266 pending

RD, 8/2, ND, 8/27, FP 2/26, FP results received and case resumed 3/1.

My wife's case got RFE per AVM. Letter sent 7/16 per AVM but it is still on the way. No RFE for my case. Strange?

Called IIO one week ago, "it is under somebody's review and will not take long..." Hope it is true.

RD - 7/13
ND - 8/25

According to the JIT Report, the date INS processing is 7/01.

I have talked to IIO and he said that since they are processing 7/01, I have to wait until the date moves to 8/25 (which is my ND)....all these days I was think the INS tracking date corresponds to the Reciept Date..

Does anybody know what date drives what?? I am sure it's driving me crazy..:)

Also, do you guys think it is too early for us in this situation to fax inquiries to INS ?

Any input is appreciated...
