Anyone got NIW RFE from this officer?

On June 6 I got RFE for 1-140 EB2-NIW from NSC/NQK EX380.

Did anyone else get RFE from the same officer? Any experiences of approval after RFE from him?

My RFE

I just got my NIW REF was from NSC/THS EX345. RFE asked evidence to show my influence in my field, including citation and recognition. I do not have much citataion. So I do not know how to prepare this RFE. Does anyone have experience in this forum?

When were your paper published?
If they are recent It is difficult to get citation.
You can explain based on reprint requests you get for papers.
Comments from other researchres. If you don't have you can write blindly to anyone in your field to give respons eon your paper.
 
My case RD is 08/2004

RFE is mainly for evidences showing exceptional ability and why labor certificate will impact the national interest. The requirements sound harsh.

So if anyone has the experience dealing with this officer, please kindly share your strategy.

I also checked this forum, and found couple of people talking about him/her for lot of RFEs for EB3.
