Is anyone here from SA or Caribbean? want to know when does KCC start sending out notification letters to SA and Caribbean.
 
Hi, I'm form Perú, I'm a DV2005 Winner and my letter arrived April 10th 2004. and a few frinds also fiorm Perú recieved the letter all in April...
