My data is RD= 8/6, ND=9/13, FP=2/2 done at San Jose..

AVM= "FP results obtained and Processing resumed on 02/06/02"

It is so frustating.....My friends with WAC-282 and 284 have already got approved.

There are many earlier applicants pending too

So do not be frustrated, your turn will come when the IIO decides to work on your case.
My wAC is 01-262 and i am still waiting.

Makes me worry that I might get RFE. I\'m out of job and looking for one.

If I get RFE, will INS consider employment letter of 40 hr/week (full time) contract job ??
