Am I the only one remaining from Nov'2001 ? This wait is frustrating.....

And the wait continues.....
 
I am close to you - RD 12/2001. And still waiting. Yes, it is frustrating. But let's keep hope..

My spouse case is still pending. My case case got approved in 05/3. Any advice?

contacted Senator? I did and got reply from them. As usual VSC has nice excuse to buy time and they said its gonna take 60 days more.. Oh yeah, 60 or 600 days...
 
My spouse's case is still pending - Nov 21, 2001 case.

Contacted Senators too and according to feedback from INS, my spouse's case is stuck with the FBI pending a name check. According to USCIS they submitted the name check to FBI in September 2003 and yet to receive any response from them.

So all we can do is wait for there is no way to contact anybody in FBI and ask them what is holding up my spouse's case.
