Anybody changed employer after 180 days?

1)Is anybody out there who crossed 180 days in I485, joined a new employer, got an RFE for employment letter and paystubs. If so, how did you manage to provide these, is it OK to provide these with the new employer (ofcourse, with similar job functionality)?

2)If I change my current employer after 180 days into I485, is it required to inform INS about this?

EAD received June 8, 2002
Company is not doing well and expecting massive layoff any time. What are my options after 270 days. I already have my EAD but afraid if RFE issue and do not have similar job.

You can provide the new employer\'s letter and pay-stubs. The portability rule under AC-21 allows you to do that. Talk to your lawyer. There have been plenty of cases where guys have moved and have been approved. Don\'t worry.
