Any successful case of change of status from j2 to f1.

Thank you Truth04 for your attention. But I cannot study on j2. Are there any successful cases of change of status from J2( with 2 yr HRR waiver pending) to f1. that too from j research scholar category to student f2 category.Please advice and let me know the attorneys who handle such cases.
