Got LC or got his case forwarded to Chicago?

Did he actually get cleared at Chicago, or was his case forwarded to Chicago?

MI SESA is giving useless information in monthly updates

They still say they are processing May 2001 RIR cases.

But here we have a 30 April 2001 case being cleared, which means it was sent to Chicago atleast 3 months ago.

Are they deliberately saying that they are processing May when they may be processing July or August 2001? Can anybody answer?

the mi sesa is processing mid-jun-2001 and starting-july-2001 cases

how you know this? Is it from a call to MI SESA?

I have heard that they just repeat what they say in the processing time report. No extra information of any sort.

during jun/july 2001 from MICHIGAN were forwarded
to DOL chicago during last and this month(june/july)2002

Many cases from March and April are still pending....Wage issues!!

My PD is 11th April (RIR)....queries have been made for wage issues...anybody mind explaining what thats all about?
I have been hearing about this stick up from November...my case hasn\'t yet been sent to Chicago.
Calling MI SESA... they ask you to contact your attorney..standard answer now !

MI SESA is moving forward. One of my friend\'s RIR case was forwarded to Chicago early Feb, her PD is Aug. 2001.

processing RIR cases "from January to May 2001" is all they said.
