Anyone out there with 08/2000 ND awaiting for approval? please post first
few letter of your EAC#. Also post if anybody has spoken to IIO recently
 
Called IIO - nothing useful...

"Every case takes its own course. After assigned to an officer, it may even take 6 months.. but average is 30 to 45 days.. cannot predict"....

Was told something I didnt know before ;)
 
Conversation with an iio

I also spoke to an iio and she told me that my case is long overdue. It should have not taken that long and she is going to followup to find the reason of the delay. She asked me to wait for 2 weeks and call back if still pending. She also admitted that they are working on October cases.

I have never got such a response from an IIO. Everytime they are saying - each case takes its own time. I was expecting someone would come out and say something like "It is taking too long - I will try to followup".. but never had that luck. I hope something good happens for you in the next 2 weeks. Keep us posted.
