I filed an I130 application for my spouse while I was a Perm Resident. I have a receipt notice for this app.

I recently got my citizeship and ready to file the rest of the paperwork - I485, I 864 etc.

What do I do to ammend my I130 to convey to Dept of Homeland Security that my status has changed from a permanent resident to a Citizen?

Thanks

You will inform USCIS to upgrade your petition. There are other threads in this forum specifically talking about this issue. I do not have first hand experience in this. However, this is what I found from USCIS website

on this page click on link "Case Services - How do I......"
or go directly to link below
http://www.uscis.gov/graphics/services/factsheet/howdoi/f_english.qxd.pdf

Here is relevant section from the USCIS pdf document
"• If you became a U.S. citizen after we approved your
I-130 relative petition, and want to upgrade it:
- If the petition is already with the U.S. Department of State’s
NVC, send a copy of your naturalization certificate to the NVC
with a cover letter explaining your request. In your letter, be
sure to give the case number, and the name and date of birth
of the person for whom you filed the petition.
- If our approval notice indicated that we were keeping
the petition, then to upgrade it, you should file an I-824
application; or if a visa number is immediately available for
the person for whom you filed the petition, if he or she is
otherwise eligible, have him or her file an application with us
for permanent residence."
