Hello Friends,
AILF is filing class action law suit agains INS and DOS for July EB visa number fiasco. Any one who have filed I-140 or will be filing I-140 in July will be benefited from this law suit.
I know that, there are several members of this forum waiting for more than three years to see LC approval. How wonderful it would be to get LC certified before July end to file I-140 and become benificiary of the law suit ?.
It would have been even nicer if our LCs would have been approved in May or June timeframe. Most of us would have filed a 140/485 in June.
What do you folks think ?. Anyway, we can be part for this class action law suit ?. We effectively completed all required steps for LC from our part and it just BECs not approving our cases is it not ? Any thoughts ?
