Does the physical presence requirement still hold after the interview and before the oath?

What if after the interview I start working in another geographical location and then come back to take the oath on the oath date? Is that ok?
 
Yes, requirements are the same as before and you will update your timesheet out of the country in the form that you will receive for the oath so, no more than 180 days per year, etc., etc.

You can travel for sure but keep your absence inside the limits specified otherwise you may lose your application. If inside the limits the only thing needed is to declare in the form your latest trips.

And do not lose your oath date... it MAY delay your processing a lot if you have to reschedule it.
