Affidavit Of Support---please Help

I was wondering if anyone on here can help me with this question

PLEASE NOTE. My USC Wife is not financially qualified to sponser so now i have a joint sponser for this purpose.

1. What i like to know is I am under the impression th that My Wife still has to file as My Sponser and then I will have the other person also file as Joint Sponser.or how will this be please explain in detail as i am new at this,exact HOW TO's will be really appreciated


2. I will also like to know from any one on here how my wife will complete her Affidavit of Support and what evidence and/or what reasons will she give for the reqirued three year tax return which she does not have bcos she did not file for the last three years.

3.Any other info or advice on how best to go about Affidavit of Support in this situation will be very appreciated

Do you work and make enough? Then you can file I-864W.
Otherwise you need a joint sponsor. Your wife and the joint sponsor only need last year's tax return and paystubs from the last 6 months.
