Hello,
My timelines are given below for Los Angeles, DO.

There has been NO activity on my case for the last three months. There was not even an acknowledgement that my fingerprints were recvd by the BCIS.

I have taken an InfoPass for next week to "Talk to an Immigration Officer" in hopes that I can find out what's going on in my case.

Do you guys have any advice to offer on what approach to take for this and if this is the right step or not? I am trying to find out the reason for the delay for processing my documents - and where is the bottleneck.

Also, do you think I should take my wife along too?

If I can find out the reasons for the delay and where in the process its stuck, at least I can start writing to the congressmen and senators.

Any advice is appreciated.

Thanks

Rajesh..it shouldnt be a problem to go and meet up with an ommigration officer..that way if it is stuck somewhere they will send it back to be processed..its happened to me before and when i went in to check with them they were able to put me back in process..so its not a bad idea at all..
