I'm filing AOS (I-485, I-130, I-131 etc) for Parents who are in US on Visitor visa.
Question:
In Advance Parole appliaction: Expected time length: what if I write 24 months? Is it too long a time period? Or is there a standard time length that USCIS follows no matter what I write there? Ideally in our case we want to put 24 months. Any implications?
