I had administrative charges in my immigration form. All my immigration forms are now being taken by ICE/USCIS. It's been more than few months, but I never heard anything from them. What's likely happen to my case?
I have been in USA since 1990 and has been a person with good moral character. Also, if I faced a deportation, could I appeal and adjust my status to EB5 (investing $500K - $1M) and avoid deportation? This because I have business in USA.
