Ac21 - Employer is withhelding pay for last 2 months

I have EAd/140 approved/485 pending > 365 days.
I joined end client.
My consulting company has sent me legal notice for joining end client and they are not paying my salary with them (Around 10K).
Can they do anything legal against me.
What can I do to safegaurd my gc and get my salary?

I have not informed INS about changing employer. Should I send letter to INS.
What else are my options.
Can someone please reply.

ur employer cannot do anything as 140 is approved and 485 pending for > 180 days.

Since they are not paying ur salary, do following

1) go to dept of labor website below

http://www.dol.gov/index.htm

2) search for complaint form which you can use if you didn't receive your last paycheck.

3) send this blank form as email attachment to payroll of your previous company.
state in ur email that you'll send a complaint letter to DOL if you dont get ur money in 2-3 days.

4) if you dont get response then fax or mail that DOL form

5) do not worry about AC-21 when you contact DOL as they are seperate issues.
you are not doing ILLEGAL by not informing USCIS about a job change.
