!!!! A P P R O V E D !!!!

thanks rk4gc, LC66, and hussein for the wishes.

BTW hussein- if my name check can take longer than average (because of a very common name), your name-check step may lead you to a face-to-face interview with President Bush. :)

Congratulations on your approval. When ever I see an approval of a oldtimer it makes me feel happy. Now a days I guess slowly but at constant pace we do see some approvals on this board. Hope the they pick up speed.

Thank you Kashmir. You were all along a great inspiration for me to sleep at the end of the day. Trust me, you are one of the POSITIVE FORCES of this forum. Keep up your GREAT work, and do let me know anytime, if I can be of help.
thanks again Kashmir.
Hi, srohit,
My pleasure !!

My goal is still to become a U.S. Citizen by 2008, so my fight will continue even after getting a green card.
Currently, we're focusing EB I-485 backlog,
but we will shift our focus to Naturalization once we confirm EB I-485 backlog reduction.
Can you join our fight against USCIS when that time comes ?

And that'll be my pleasure. I want it more than you do. I'll keep checking your threads. And just in case, you have my mail-id.

Thank you PCee, and Edison for the wishes.

Stamping Experience @ San Jose

-Reached Montery Rd. Office around 9:30am.
-Courtsey letter works as an appointment letter for not standing in the line.
-Got the token around 9:45am.
-Kept sitting for 4 hours without any food/drink.
-Around 2:30pm, officer called the token, collected Passport, EADs, APs, 797s, and I94s. Took finger prints. Filled out plastic card order form.
-Waited for another 15 minutes.
-Token-number was called again and officer handed our passports back.

First thing I did after coming out of offfice was to shout FREEDOM. :)

Had our lunch, immediately after and ... Life Started Again.

srohit,

Since you have miles to go.....

why don't you sleep now... instead of later ? it will help you in your journey.

Just Kidding. Enjoy your freedom and good luck in the years and miles ahead.

Thank you Sam99 for the wishes.

We recently received our plastic cards. This sort of concludes our immigration-files.

Thank you everybody. It was nice knowing people on this forum. I'll remain active as much as I can and good luck to you all.
