7th year H-1 extension

I tried to look up a tracker couldn't find it, thought I will post this info, my 7th year H-1 extension has been apporved from Nebraska, receipt date 02/19/2003, approval date 04/01/2003.

H1B EXTENSION - question

I have question on H1B extension. My H1B visa expires on july 12,2003 . when can i file my H1B visa extension ??


Can i file now ?? or is there cut off date (ie) only before 30 days H1B EXTENSION can be filed ??

If you haven't already found the answer for your reply, you can apply upto six months in advance. hope this helps.

Hi Reddy,

I need small info from u. I have applied for LC from NJ state,
and they dont send any kind of reciept for receiving LC application.

what kind of proof we should submit to show the seniority of 1 year, to INS for extension of H1B thro 7th year?

Please let me the documents u sent for this purpose to INS, and is there any way other than ins receipt, to proove the seniority of 365 days after applying for LC in the process of GC.

Hi All

My H1 extension filed with TSC on 02/19/03

My I-485 application has been filed with NSC in Jan 2002.

My previous H1 was also filed with NSC.

But my lawyer filed this time at TSC. I don't know why.

Basically i am living in MN and comes under NSC.

Is that ok to apply my H1 at TSC irrespective of Previous extension and I485 application.


Please let me know
