485 trasfer case to philadelphia

Hey friends,

our 485 has been tranfered to philadelphia office on october 24th, 2003. They have written that they will let us know the date for interview. It's been 8 months now, haven't heard anything from them. Has anybody's in this group, been sent to phily? if there was, I would like to know what happend after that? I would appreciate , if someone could give me an answer.

Go into the Phila. Office and Check

I suggest you go into the Phila. immigration office and ask. I had a friend that was in the same situation and appearently immigration lost it's transfer paper. So he had to wait another 14 months and more paper work before the interview.
