I got an email today from USCIS as below.. what could be the evidence reqd?.

Was yours an NIW?

It could possibly be the usual, employment letter, pay stubs, tax returns, etc.
 
No, multinational executive.
BTW, my FP1 got expired recently, now even if I respond to this RFE should I have to wait for FP2 notice?.
 
Yes, it appears that you might need to do FP2 even after you respond to the RFE. If you receive FP2 Notice, assume that everything's looking good with your case. Once you do your FP2, approval should follow anytime soon.
