485 processing order!!

hi,

In which order does CIS process 485 case? first come, first serve or still on prioriy date?
Also my LC PD is 2006, and PD likely retrogressed later, how will it affect my 485 case? Will CIS let it just sit or still process but not approve it till my PD becomes current?

Thanks!! Just want to confirm:

1. so 485 is also based on LC PD for processing order ?
I didn't specificaly say "LC PD" and i am a little suprised to hear it.

3. If I can use my wife's 140 substitue my 140 later, my 485 should be bumpped up a lot in the processing queue a lot , right?

2. Also, if CIS ever touchs my case then my PD slips, say my case is in name check. so CIS will pull my case out of name check and make it pending till it is current?
