485 LUD changed on 10/15 - sunday

Me too. LUD 10/15 without message change.

I sent out a status inquiry a week ago. Probably the LUD is related with that.

Did you do that too?

Yes . I talked to them on 9/29 and 10/12 .
and my LUD changed on 10/13 and 10/15 . But 10/15 is a sunday so not sure what goes on.
 
I'm also curious. Let's wait to see any thing could happen.
In my feeling, if only your own case's LUD changed, it is meaningless.

By the way, I called 1-800... to place a status inquiry.
 
lud changed again today

again today around 9am when I checked the lud was not changed . but again when I changed around 1pm it changed . no message changes

My RD is 05/2005 (pretty close to your RD). However it seems like it took 12 months for your FP. My FP was 10/05 ( actually about 4 months)
Wondering if you have heard anything on this delay on your FP. Also did you have any LUDs during the suspected mass LUDs in 08/06?

I called USCIS on 05/2006 inquiring the status about my case . so they send me a letter to go and do FP .

my last LUD before 10/13 was 7/31/06 . I did not have any LUD changed on 08/06

happend in VSC also I 485 LUD's - 10/02,10/03,10/04,10/05,10/06....
after 6 days one more LUD on 10/15..(sunday)..no message

I'm not sanguine about these LUDs. I was told that my case is still pending FBI name check last week.

We are in the same boat. My I-485 RD is also 6/05.
 
I was so happy to see LUD last week, but next day I found out I was still under name check. Apparently the LUD for me was when they put my case back on shelf :(

If you didn't have LUD in the middle of August as part of that mass LUD, it might be your turn to get off the shelf for review

You reminded me. I got two LUDs at 8/15 and 8/16, and exactly two months later at 10/15 and 10/16.

Probably they pulled out my case two months ago and now found it is pending Name Check, so they put it back.

I would think it is caused by the inquiry.
I called on Oct 11, and get LUD on Oct 11 and Oct 12, precisely Oct 11 late night and Oct 12 early morning.
I called again on Oct 13 and got and LUD on that night again.
I got a LUD Oct 16 late night and Oct 17 early morning. I would think it is because the inquiry I initiated from 800 number two weeks ago.
This morning CSC also responsed my email inquiry I sent 10 days saying they don't accept public email inquiry.

Anyway, I don't see too many approval since Oct 1, especially for people whose PD just became current in Oct. I am really frustrated.
 
Right. We don't see many approvals in CSC with 2001 - early 2002 priority dates because most of them were approved in April-June 2005. Those who didn't catch the wave in 2005 were name check victims. Most of them, well, most of us are stuck in name check until now.
