Priority date

Have little courtesy on all of us in this forum and give little more information about your case without having to ask your service center. priority date, your receipt date your I-140 approval date and any RFE's issued.

More information is appreciated.
 
I'm really sorry about it. (I was writing from workplace and no internet connection at home)

All applications at Nebraska, all the time resident in Chicago
Priority date Dec 2002
I-140 approved in Aug 2003
Married after I-140 approval
I-485/EAD/AP notice date Jan 23, 2004 for both me and spouse
First EAD issued in Mar 2004 for both
First I-485 FP for me in Sep 2004
Rescheduled I-485 FP for spouse to May 2005
Second EAD applied in Jan 2005 and issued in Mar 2005 just for me
First I-485 FP for spouse in May 2005
RFE on my I-485 in Mar 2005 asking birth affidavits
My I-485 approved in first week of June, waiting for notice
Spouse I-485 is transferred to local office Chicago in first week of June

Still in H-1B/H4 visa

EAD/AP Approved : Apr 2005
FP Apr 2005
I-140 RFE & Approved : June 1 2005
I-485 : Pending
