485 approved for me, RFE for husband

My 485 was approved on 28th December(i got the notice in mail).
For my husband they again(2nd time), asked for marriage certificate.
Lawyer said they have mailed the document back ot INS.

Question for you all is, should I go for PP stamping alone, or should I wait
for hubby to get his approval and then go together..?

Go ahead stamp your passport. You can accompany him when he gets his approved anyway :)

I got the same thing

Mine was approved on Non 1 and My wife got RFE for marriage certificate, so I sent it to INS last week November.
AVM hasn\'t been updated yet since RFE notice.
In your posting, what do you mean "INS asked it again"?

Does your AVM message says "This case is approved ..." or something
else.

For my husband\'s AP also they had asked for the marriage certificate:)
They lost the same document twice:) or maybe since we got registered in
LasVegas, they dont trust the document:))

I checked the AVM, but cant remember what it was...I will listen to it again
tonight and write tomorrow...

and INS screwed up a bit too

I am the primary applicant and my husband is a derivative applicant, but
on my 485 approval notice they says \'derivative applicant\'. Lawyer said
that should create any problem while stamping, but they will also send a
letter to INS saying that i am the primary applicant not a derivative
applicant.

I have asked lawyer to take an appointment for me for my passport stamping.
it takes about 15-20 days, but atleast I dont have to remain awake all night
and get stressed....husband can do that for his stamping:)

It just said...

"RFE was mailed to you on ..." for my wife\'s case, but for mine, "This case has been approved...".
 
The marriage certificate

Does the marriage certificate should be issued by US government?
I and my wife got married before we came to US, so the document my lawyer sent for RFE is issued by my coutry and translated to English by my lawyer. Will it cause any problem?
