Hello,
We just got our 485 approved last week. We have got I-551 stamps in the passport. I am planning to visit Canada sometime next week. Can I enter Canada without taking Canadian Visa using my GC status (I am still waiting for my plastic card) . I am holding an Indian Passport. Anybody has similar experience?
We also have a pending Canadian Immigration petition with interview waiver approved. Buffalo office has requested Medical and updated Financial status to complete the [rocess, but we have no intention of going forward. I have informed our Canadian immigration attorney of the decison on monday but I don't know if they have acted on it. Will this be a problem if we need the visa and we apply for it?.
