3rd EAD and 3rd AP Approved

Applied for 3rd EAD and AP on Dec 3rd 2003.

3rd EAD Approved on 4/3/04
3rd AP Approved on 4/6/04

I have contacted Congress Women regarding my case on 4/2/04.

I-485 RD 2/11/02
1st FP 4/10/02
No 2nd FP

I don't know whether the enquiry from the Congress Women office got me the EAD and AP Approvals or not.

Just wanted to share with you guys.

could you please share your experience on AP application. New I-131 form now requies demenstration of emergent personal or bussiness resason. I just want to go back to visit my parents. Then what is my chance to get AP, and What will be your suggestion for us?

I have seen some posts here mentioning that their AP got denied at local office for lack of evidence of emergency. Is this the case also at VSC?
