I gave my Second Print on Jul'3 and Called FBI and still they did not receive my latest FP given.

Anybody can suggest whether I need to call somebody to get this done.

May be you need to contact your local office where you done your finger printing. I don't think NCSC can help you in this regard. Talk to the local office, this may be your best bet.
