Hi all,

I got my GC on 27 December 1999. I will be mailing my N-400 application on September 28, 2004 based on 5 year-90 day rule.

Can someone share if I am sending the application after correct timeframe? I don't want to get denied for filing early based on some leap year or other issues.

Also, I don't want to wait one day more once I become eligible because my dream job with US government requires me to have a US passport.

Any responses will be welcome.
 
you could count to five years, and give it some extra days for good measure .. that way you can't go wrong ..
