2005 NSC I-140/I-485 Concurrent filing

Since I think all other 2004 tracker threads are useful (and I don't see a similar 2005 thread), I thought I would start a new thread. Please feel free to discuss all I-140/I-485 cases received by NSC in 2005.

EB1-OR semi-concurrent

See my signature. This is a semi-concurrent case. I-140 was approved in 90 days (and no RFE)!

Did you guys see your "Last Updated Date" (LUD) change when your I-140 application was touched? Interestingly mdh3000 and I have the same RD and ND for I-140. mdh3000, do you know what RFE is about? or are you waiting for your lawyer to inform you with details?

I'm still waiting to learn what the RFE is for. I likely won't find out until next week. I'll post it as soon as I know what is up.

I didn't see a LUD on my I-140 until I got my email about the RFE.

xiaohu, Congratulations. Your I-140 is approved within a record time! Have you used your own labor or a substitute.

My I-140 petition was approved on May 31, 2005 and LUD was changed next day, June 1, 2005 (see my signature). No I-140 LUD changes before (I had no RFE). It is interesting that I have received only a paper I-140 approval by mail (through my University). So far, there is no any change in my I-140 status online (still ‘petition was received’). I also didn't receive an email from USCIS. Obviously this is a flaw in the USCIS online status check system. But this is another story.
 
edealfan, I don't know why my case was processed so fast. It is just good luck, or NSC indeed accelerate the processing. God bless everyone who believes.
 
My lawyer mailed my I-485/EAD/AP applications on June 9, 2005. It has been more than 2 weeks and I haven't received a receipt notice yet. How long does it normally take to get a receipt notice for semi-concurrent cases like mine. My I-140 receipt came back within a week. Also, there was an LUD on my I-140 on June 21, 2005. So far, it didn't mean anything.
