Just looked at my case file and seen an LUD!!!!!!!!!!

guess it does not mean (as no message change) much but I will wait and see


I 485 Aug 2003
1st FP sept 2003
2nd FP March 2005

The prev LUD said #on 8th Oct 2003 the results of your FP were received and processing has resumed#

On 3rd Jun LUD was touched but no message change

I am trying hard to be possitive but when they took my FP in March they had trouble reading them so took them about 4 times

Hi, Susan!

My LUD was 11/07/2003 and the message was exactly the same as your until the TSC sent me an RFE on May 11
Neither the FP notice , not the FP itself, not the FP ACK were reflected on the LUD.


So, your should receive news within few days .
(I hope it will be the approval ... )

me too. The LUD is changed today, but the message is still the same.
In Jan. this year, my LUD was changed, but nothing happened after that. I do not know if this time I will get some news or not. Let's wait and see.

Last time I got a bunch like that I gave birth!!!

Just recently I have been getting down in the dumps about all this, but then read others posts to find out there are many worse off than myself and should be grateful TSC have not lost my file!!! like they have lost 2 of my sons cases.

LUD changes are a good thing, they are touching your case, so be positive things are going to be ok. Willgetthere2 got his LUD changed recently and it seems he got approved today, so be hopeful, same thing can happen to you :)

I was scared of getting a RFE too and finally got one but thank god it was a simple thing to get.

Up date

Had ref for medical As my medical had expired had to have another one
also ref for husbands W2 for 2004

All done and sent back to TSC today

I 485 14th Aug 2003

1st FP 14th Sept 2003

2nd FP 8th March 2005

Ref June 2005

AD ???
