180 Days & EAD Renewal - please look in to this complicated issue

if you change jobs after 180 days and joined with another company using EAD and EAD is about expire in couple of months and 485 is still pending ,how would you work.

Can u file for Renew EAD your self with out any employer support letter?
Can u file for Renew EAD with new employer supporing letter?
what will happen if you have not find a new employer yet but need to renew EAD?

please throw your opinions.

renew EAD with the 485 application receipt ASAP. You don\'t need a letter from employer for EAD or its renewal. Read recent topics on EAD on this board for more info.

The RFEs are usually for photos or in case of a derivative application, proof of the primary applicant and proof of derivative status like marriage certificate etc., Just enclose a copy of your original 485 receipt and apply for renewal for EAD. You should not have a problem
