I got an email for me and my wife that we are approved. The thing is I am leaving to San Francisco this saturday and I am leaving to India from there on March 18th. I need to get the stamping done before I leave. I booked an appointment this friday for stamping at Cleveland. I am hoping to get my approval notice before friday. How long does it take to get approval notice after getting the e-mail? Is it possible to get stamping in San Francisco for NSC approval?
