140 RFE when ouside US

My I140 is pending and I will travel outside US in Feb since I have got my travel permit.

I checked the processing time and it is possible USCIS will review my case during Feb. My concern is: am I able to come back to US if the I140 is getting RFE when I am not in the US?

I do not see any reason that will prohibit your entry into the US, in case there is an RFE for your I-140.
