140- pending Security clearence. applied 485.

Hi,
My 140 was stuckup in security clearence and I applied for 485 , EAD and Advanced payroll.

after getting the EAD , can I change my employer on H1b transer with my 140 still valid ? I dont want to use my EAD until 140 is cleared but If I change the employer is my GC process going to be still valid ?
