140 LUD at TSC

FP done but not LUD

My 140, 485, 765 were received on 10/3/06, Notice issued on 10/4/06. LUD for 140 and 485 on 10/5/06. after that none. Done FP on 11/2/06.

EAD approved and got the card on 10/28/06. LUD same day.

Does anyone have idea what is going on with 140 and 485. I dont see LUD for the issue of FP notice. For some I see that they have LUD after FP.

Some people do, but many of us who filed late September to October do not have any LUD after FP so you are not alone. Looks like Texas slows down a bit now (I suspect this will continue until after the lame duck congress). My I-140 got approved in 58 days after one RFE, but no LUD since 10/3, which is about the application receipt acknowledgement.
 
i have got two Luds so far one on 10th and one on 15th this month. I140 was filed on 8th one line and they received paper work on 10th. but online staus still says they are reviewing my case and let us know if they need something from us. i started panic now. I140 is applied in premium. any body here who got two LUD but no online status change or no email ??
 
Another LUD

Same Here. I-140 filed via Premium Processing. Received 05/11. Receipt Notice sent out on 5/14. there was a LUD on 5/15 and another one today 5/21. No change in online message.

Is this normal? ANyone have an idea on what's going on?
 
i did not receive anything yet. i emailed my lawer. he said instead of PP he sent out traditional and as i yelled on him he is upgrading my case to pp now on today. we pay $2500 to so called professionals un necessary. now let us see what happends after my case is upgraded to PP
 
Approval

Well I go the online approval today. AD listed is 5/21/07. It took 10 calender days from receipt to approval for Premium Processing. :D :D

Congrats Buddy !!!

My I140 efiled on May 8th. but we sent documents one week later.
They received on May 17th. Lud on May 18th, Lud on May 23rd.. May24th (RFE A2P)
