140 & 485 Approved in 5months

Hi all
I have been a silent member of this forum and this forum helped me to go in proper direction. Thanks to all of the fellow members and the guys behind this forum.

Here iare my case details:
Susbstitute labor(EB2, I beleive the PD of this labor was April 2001).
140&485 RD Jan 3, 2005
RFE on 140 Mar 21 2005(Financial ability of the company)
RFE repsonse received by USCIS on Apr 11, 2005
140 Approved Apr 14, 2005
FP received Apr 13, 2005
FP Done on Apr 30 2005(scheduled date)
May 4, called FBI for fingerprint status-its cleared
May 4, send email enquiry to name check status
May 6, send secomd email enquiry to name check status
May 9, faxed the enquiry to name check status
After this, within 2 days I got RFE(Not usre these enquiries triggered any thing or its a coincidence)
RFE on 485 on May 11, 2005(RFE says send Birth certificate, Marriage Certificate and all copies of passport of primary applicant and spouse. Sent all these along with application, but I dont know why they asked again)
RFE response received by USCIS on May 31, 2005
485 Approved on June 1, 2005

The journey is over.

Congratulations! It sounds that despite the RFEs, you have had a fast GC journey. Let me ask you this: after you did your FP as scheduled, what happenend next? Did you go for an interview or you received the I-485 approval? Do you mind my asking your where you are originally from?

Nope, I didn't go for any interview, I received approval after submitting the response to RFE.
I am from India, currently stays in Dallas, TX

thanks for sharing it. Your letter says Jan 29, 2004 but your case details show that 485 was filed in Jan, 2005...
Could you please share it again or am I missing something...
