1 864 A - Part 2 question 13 and Part 3 question 15

Hello!
I am trying to understand what i (the petitioner for my french husband) should enter in Part 2 question 13 and what my mother (who is our supporting household member) should put in Part 3 question 15.

My mother thought since she entered his name in the 13a box- to write 13a
but through my searches i found that most answers indicate to put the number of immigrants being supported in both spaces both for 13 and 15. Is that correct?

In question 13, you print your name in the space for your name, and the next blank, enter the number of people from the list below. There list below is all the immigrants being sponsored. There is just 1 immigrant (your husband), so the number should be 1.
For question 15, your mother prints her name, and then for the number, it says "the number from question 13", so you just put the same number.
