I will be filing to remove my conditions for GC October, 2009 since my GC expires January 15th 2010. My question is will I be able to travel in February 2010 during the process ( am assuming that i should have my extension by then) since it may be possible to be called for my fingerprint?

I live in NY so i think my center is Vermont.

If you are going to apply in Oct 2009, you should be scheduled for your fingerprint in November or December 2009, your extension letter is coming immediatly after they will receive your package..... don't worry and enjoy your trip !!!

yah alimar is right so dont worry too much about it. but if u want to make sure just make an infopass then let them stamp your passport.
