I recently got a nunc pro tunc approval for my wife. When you get the nunc pro tunc approval, it resolves any OOS issues in the past and you do not have to mention this in 485. It is not a good situation to be in. Pray to God that it turns out in your favor.

I'm not sure how they didn't catch it when you travelled to India. On 1 year overstay, a 10 year bar applies. You were lucky that you made it back in.
