After completing Residency on H1 in 3 Years I am out of USA ,and have to file taxes for 2007.Would it be a normal refund or should i file for some other refunds also ie social security etc. Any inputs

3 in Total i got my OCI last week from NYC ,two photograpphs on forms ,one each on A and B and one attached.Normal US passport photos with light blue background from any studio.
