Checked several other forums, no one got assessment letter from Buffalo so far this year. Hopefully they are still processing applications. Most recent one got letter I saw was submitted on May 10, That was one month ago.

Call the Buffalo today File was generated on Oct 26, The representative told me that assessment letter will take 40 weeks since they received the application. so it will be 40-13=27 more weeks waiting.

Thinking about abondon my US GC application and move to Canada. Do you think is that possible the INS will refuse those people like me re-entry US from Canada for visiting because we applied US GC before. They will treat us as immigration-tendency?
