My EB2 concurrent case filed with NSC (not PP) - RD is Aug 10, with ND Aug 30 and LUD Aug 31 is still pending. The only new development was fingerprinting for I-485 done on Oct 31. I think it is too early to worry about that, they are working on end of June cases for I-140. Eli

Well, I'm not saying everybody who pays the fee should get LC (or GC). The money will go to cover the expenses for hiring twice as much people to work on clearing the backlog, using exactly the same procedure they have currently. The solution is so simple, unless of course their hidden...

There is even no need to reallocate anybody. Since most of the staff in NPC will be new and untrained people, like most of the staff in the two BECs, wouldn't it be more simple just to hire twice as much workers to handle the applications? Then they will clear the whole backlog for 12-15 months...

Actually it will be very interesting to know the faith of your case. There was some memo or transition guide, which stated that if a case is opened in SESA before Dec 31 2004, but approved after Jan 1 2005 it should go next to one of the two NPC (NPC Chicago in your case), not DOL or BEC...

This thread is for cases transfered directly from SESA/SWAs only. The others are from cases transfered from Regional DOLs. There are a lot of people who are at the very first stage of the process and maybe they do not even visit 'US DOL Trakers for LC' Thread and are not aware of the situation...
