I am posting this on behalf of my friend's sister, she married a US citizen in January 2005, came to US in Nov'05 on K3 visa.She has I-94 till Nov'07. Her husband has been harassing her ever since she came to US. She had to call the cops after he attacked her with a knife last week... the cops...

You can still go on any day as long as you dont mind waiting in line.. if its really urgent I would suggest go to the office as early as possible in the morning... still could take more then half of your day....good luck

:confused: My 485 got approved on 10 Aug 2004, I got the stamp in the passport. Now my wife and kid's 485 was filed a week before my approval date , hence their status is 485 pending. I would appreciate if somebody can advise me if its OK for me to change my job at this stage???will it affect...
