    It says 4 in the instructions. The application is to be submitted in duplicate. There is a place on the application to paste a photo. So my question is: 2 photos pasted + 2 more = 4 (or) 2 photos pasted + 4 more = 6 I am in the Indian Consulate New York Jurisdiction Thanks in Advance
