Finally I got it today. Don't worry if website or LUD doesn't change.

Don't worry guys about LUD and emial. Even if you will get card . same thing happened with me. Ps; 07/15/04 card ordered: 08/04/04 for my wife and for me 08/09/04. we didn't get any email or LUd change but my wife get card on 08/16/04, today I got email that 08/18/04 they mailed my card.
